La sessi\u00f3 ha tingut com a objectiu proporcionar eines per afrontar situacions de pressi\u00f3 social i refor\u00e7ar la capacitat de prendre decisions responsables i aut\u00f2nomes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A trav\u00e9s de diverses din\u00e0miques vivencials, <strong>l\u2019alumnat ha reflexionat sobre la import\u00e0ncia de mantenir criteri propi davant les influ\u00e8ncies externes<\/strong> i de no actuar \u00fanicament per la necessitat de sentir-se acceptat dins d\u2019un grup. La proposta ha posat l\u2019accent en el desenvolupament de l\u2019autoestima, l\u2019assertivitat i la confian\u00e7a personal, aspectes fonamentals en la prevenci\u00f3 de conductes de risc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una de les activitats m\u00e9s significatives de la jornada ha estat una din\u00e0mica que simulava una situaci\u00f3 d\u2019exclusi\u00f3 social. Mitjan\u00e7ant aquesta experi\u00e8ncia, han pogut identificar les emocions que poden apar\u00e8ixer quan una persona se sent rebutjada o apartada del grup. Posteriorment, s\u2019ha generat un espai de di\u00e0leg i reflexi\u00f3 que ha perm\u00e8s compartir sentiments, analitzar les conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies de determinades actituds i desenvolupar la salut o el benestar personal. Tamb\u00e9 s\u2019ha reflexionat sobre com la necessitat de pertinen\u00e7a pot influir en la presa de decisions i sobre la import\u00e0ncia de mantenir-se fidel als propis valors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aquest taller ha contribu\u00eft a refor\u00e7ar compet\u00e8ncies personals i socials essencials per al creixement dels infants, promovent actituds responsables, el pensament cr\u00edtic i la capacitat de prendre decisions conscients.
